Standard Aggregate Bin
JEL’s standard aggregate bin has a 20-ton capacity, expandable to 40 tons. We offer multiple discharge methods, including clam gates, slide gates and special discharge. Add load cells now or in the future and purchase with or without a conveyor.
Special Aggregate Bin
Our special aggregate bins can be made to any size and meet specific height, length or width requirements. They come pre-installed with heating or steam diffusers, per manufacturer recommendations.
Overhead Aggregate Storage Bin
Our overhead aggregate storage bin holds up to 120 tons and has 4 compartments. Replacement bins for other brands are available, and custom designs and modifications can be made.
Aggregate Batchers
JEL aggregate batchers have a standard 12-yard capacity and have abrasion-resistant steel in wear areas. They include load cells and can be customized for specific needs. These concrete batchers are also compatible with other manufacturers’ equipment.
Radial Stackers
Radial stackers from JEL feature a truss frame and are available in lengths ranging from 50' to 120'. Widths vary from 24", 30" or 36" and stackers have motorized left-to-right travel.
Belt Feeders
Our belt feeders feature a channel frame and come in lengths of 4' to 12' with widths of 12", 18", 24" or 30". They include a skirt board and have a variable speed drive.
