The most valuable people in any shop or business are the ones that are able to contribute their skills at a high level in multiple disciplines within the shop. For this reason we are seeking people who want to build a long term career in metal fabrication, management or even engineering by honing and refining their skills in all areas of our operation. As you escalate through our program not only will you continue to learn valuable shop skills you will find useful in and out of work, but you will also be rewarded with additional compensation and increasingly more challenging work. Current welding schools students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply, we offer both part time and full time hours to qualified applicants. We enthusiastically accommodate current student schedules when able.
Compensation: Starting at $15+ (re-allign wages every 6 months)
