Twin Shaft Concrete Mixers

Our twin shaft mixers are ideal for high-speed production, large batches of precast, self-consolidating concrete (SCC) and ready-mix concrete. Every twin-shaft mixer includes features like liner plates, Ni-Hard Cast Iron mixing blades, inspection platforms with stairs, automatic lubrication systems and safety locks. Our mixers are available in sizes ranging from 0.5 to 12 cubic yards of output. For reference, a typical mixing cycle time is 90 seconds with a twin-shaft concrete mixer.

Twin-shaft mixers feature two synchronized horizontal shafts with multiple mixing paddles. This design promotes intensive mixing to thoroughly blend aggregates, cement, water and other admixtures. Twin-shaft mixers are ideal for large productions and applications demanding fast mixing cycles while maintaining high-quality concrete output.

Planetary Concrete Mixers

Planetary concrete mixers feature a wide pan and multi-star mixing action to easily produce the most homogeneous mixes for precast and ready-mix applications. Available in sizes ranging from 0.3 to 5.3 cubic yards of output, these mixers are well-suited for various concrete production needs.
