A wet mix plant typically consists of an aggregate batcher, a twin-shaft mixer, a PLC control, a screw conveyor and a cement silo. The concrete is mixed, then used on-site or hauled in an agitator to a work site. Because wet mix concrete plants are equipped with a twin shaft mixer, there is no need for a concrete mixer truck to produce concrete.
